Building Next-Gen Smart Communications for Hong Kong Enterprises

Chevalier (Network Solutions) Limited is the official master distributor of Yeastar in Hong Kong.

No, you don't. Yeastar PABX systems are designed to protect your existing investment. They are compatible with analog phones and legacy wiring through gateway devices (e.g., TA3200). You can enjoy advanced IP features without re-cabling. As the master distributor in Hong Kong, Chevalier provides professional on-site wiring assessments and smooth migration plans tailored to local office environments.

Absolutely. Yeastar IPPBX supports seamless integration with legacy PBX via traditional trunking or extension trunking. This allows you to migrate gradually without disrupting daily phone operations — perfect for companies that want to phase in IP telephony while keeping their old system running.

For high-reliability needs, Yeastar supports hot standby (dual server) redundancy. The system uses a primary-backup mechanism with heartbeat detection. If the main server fails, the backup takes over automatically — ensuring 24/7 uptime even in government-grade deployments. Select models also support dual power supplies.

Yeastar includes powerful Auto Attendant and ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) features. You can set up multi-level IVR menus based on business hours or departments to guide callers efficiently. ACD intelligently routes incoming calls to the least busy agent or receptionist — reducing wait times and missed calls.
